Apex Pro wanted to do a collaboration with my company We Don’t Lift. The commissioned a t-shirt design from me. I decided to recreate their logo utilizing racetracks that their users had collected data from. Every racetrack on the shirt is from Apex Pro’s actual data.

I started by collecting all of the track maps from their user’s data, and then I began tracing them.

Once I had a few dozen tracks to work with I began assembling the three basic shapes that make up the logo.

Then I mocked up the t-shirt design, exported the PDF, and sent it off to print.
